Senior Project Manager

Tom Weber is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in private-sector and federal environmental program/project management, engineering/construction management, and environmental remediation, compliance & risk management. He obtained BS degrees in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering. He is detailed oriented emphasizing on granularity in scope and clarity in expectations.

Prior to joining Alliance Contracting, Tom worked for a Fortune 500 company in San Antonio, TX where he managed a diverse team of engineers and scientists for federal environmental and construction projects. He was also a principal in a diverse company offering classical environmental consulting, acquisition due diligence, and mold remediation. The mold remediation was extended to residential remodeling and interior build-out.

His technical experience includes the design, construction, and operation of full scale flue gas desulfurization and particulate capture system for a starter boiler in the Shanxi province of China; design of supersonic nozzles driven by steam, air, or various gases for mixing, generating shockwave enthalpy, and atomization of fluids; design, construction, and operations & maintenance of complex mechanical remedial systems; and due diligence for environmental concerns on asset acquisitions (such as pipeline systems). He was a key contributor and design engineer to various patents and related designs for capture and removal of flue gas constituents including oxides of sulfur, oxides of nitrogen, CO2, and particulate matter.

Tom lives in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX with his wife after raising their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering in his community, watching his kids play baseball, football & tennis, gardening, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities with family and friends.
